Ticket Refund Policy

Thank you for considering attending the MacKay CEO Forums 2023 EDGE Summit!

Please review our ticket policy below:

All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to attendee cancellations, changes in personal circumstances, or event rescheduling.

However, we understand that unexpected situations may arise. In such cases, we can offer the following options:

a. Ticket Transfer: If you are unable to attend the event, you can transfer your ticket to another qualified attendee. Please notify us at least 48 hours before the Summit starts, providing the new attendee’s name and contact details.

b. Ticket Gifting: Alternatively, you have the option to gift your ticket(s) to registered charity members of our non-profit organization. We appreciate your support in extending this opportunity to those who may not have otherwise been able to attend. Please contact us at least 48 hours before the event to arrange the transfer.

c. Future Summit: If you are unable to attend this year’s Summit, you can keep your ticket for our next Summit, which is likely to take place in Toronto in 2024. We will honour your ticket for the upcoming event, provided it falls within the terms and conditions of the new Summit. Please reach out to us to confirm your participation in the future event.

All ticket transfers, gifting, or requests for attendance at future events must be communicated via email to our customer support team at events@mackayceoforums.com within the specified timelines mentioned above.

We appreciate your understanding of our “no refund” policy and encourage you to carefully consider your attendance plans before purchasing a ticket. The EDGE Summit promises to be an enriching experience, and we look forward to welcoming you to the event.
